By mom of 3
I have 2 year old twins and it's been increasingly difficult to get around using a side-by-side stroller. Most tandem strollers seemed so BIG, so when I saw this, I thought it would be perfect. Without being able to find it in-store, I researched it as best as I could. Reading reviews, watching video clips, etc.
Putting the stroller together was really easy. Literally just snap in the wheels, snap on the hoods, snap in the seats and you're good to go! It's a beautiful design and I just love the look.
Pros:
- shorter than most tandem strollers
- stadium seating for the kids
- flexible configuration- kids can face each other, both face forward, both face me, face apart from each other
- ample basket
- easy, quick fold
- good canopies
- narrow, so i can fit through more spaces
- very smooth, easy to push
- feels very sturdy and solid
- adjustable push bar height
- hand brake on the side of the stroller- however, my twins will play with it if one of them is facing me
Cons:
- cannot recline the seats when you have two seats (probably my BIGGEST issue)
- basket fabric seems to wear easily-- I only used it twice before I noticed a tiny part of the fabric was worn away near the zipper and the wire frame is about to poke out. Not sure how this happened at all.
- difficult to maneuver if you have to go up a curb (nearly impossible for me!)
- heavy
- cannot be folded with both seats attached
- kids seem to get REALLY hot in the seats, even in air conditioned malls. This did not happen with my city mini.
- very little legroom for the child in the back, if both seats are facing the same direction. My two year olds aren't very tall.
- rubber around the handlebar seems to be twisting around, don't know how long it will stay put
Overall, I do like this stroller. If I was starting over with the twins, this would be THE stroller, since it's so adaptable. However, I don't know how much usage I'll get at this point. Seat recline is very important, so this may be the deal breaker. It's not noted anywhere, or in any review, so I didn't know this would be an issue when both seats are used.
I am not sure if I'm going to keep this.

By mommymom
I got this stroller in March and really like it. I have a 2 yr old and a 3mth old. I would have given it 5 stars but there are some drawbacks to the stroller. Still I think it is the best double stroller on the market and worth the money. If this had been around when I had my first I would have kicked myself that I did not buy it then. My daughter really likes riding in it too. It may look like I am listing a lot of cons but these are mainly just nit pickey things I want to mention bc it does not seem like anyone has.
Pros:
Light weight for a double stroller
Many different positions
easy to put together/change around/fold up
AWESOME sunshade
folds compact (especially for a double)
sturdy
fits through door easily
can change to single stroller when you only have one child with you.
Cons:
Does not recline in every position with 2 seats (only w/ both seats backward facing) and no recline with seats forward facing.
Can not latch closed if folding with both seats on which makes it difficult to get in and out of car. Also you can't fold it with both seats on where the kids would ride you have to move the upper seat down, might as well just take it off (but that is VERY easy to do)
Does not stand when folded
Does not come with anything and the accessories are not cheap.
I have graco car seat and it seems a little unstable unless you have it just right. Another friend of mine feels the same way and she has a Chicco. The maxi cosi carseat fits perfectly though but that would be another $200
still hard to manuver in tight spaces like with any double stroller (Just don't want anyone to think it is going to turn on a dime)
My daughter is short (10%for height) but has longer legs and sometimes it seems as if the seat is a bit short for her.

I bought this stroller after much research and reading of reviews of pretty much every other stroller out there. I liked that this could be either a single or double, that there were so many options for the seats, that you could add an infant seat, and that it seemed big enough that it would fit my 2 year old and soon to be born infant for several years. And then after my 2 year old was too old for it, it could go back to being a single stroller. I wanted to wait to write this review until after I had time to try it out. This past week I was in Disney World with my daughter and my 5-year old niece and it got a lot of use, so it's time for the review!
In general:
LIKES:
- Very sturdy, great wheels, smooth ride. My previous single stroller was a Graco Quattro, and this thing rides MUCH smoother (as I would hope for such a large price difference...)
- Easy to drive and great maneuvering whether it's used as single or double
- Very big storage basket underneath (although some of the room is taken up if the lower seat is facing backwards)
- Love the brake on the side of the frame
- Comfortable seats, big enough for my 2 yr old and her 5 yr old cousin (who is very tall for her age) to sit.
- Looks good, easy to clean
- Easy to open
DISLIKES:
- Easy to fold, but awkward. Doesn't stand after folding, no handle for easy carrying. It doesn't lock automatically when it's folded, so until you get used to it there may be some instances of it opening back up. There is a manual lock to keep it folded, but it doesn't seem to hold very well. Can't fold with 2nd seat on, but it's easy to take off.
- As with most expensive strollers, doesn't come with any extras like trays or cup holders for the driver so have to buy those seperately.
- The infant seat adapter requires the brackets that are used to attach the 2nd seat, so even if you aren't going to need the 2nd seat for awhile you have to get that and the infant adapter all at once. You would spend the money anyway, but makes for a large chunk of change for that initial purchase.
- Because you know that the brackets for the 2nd seat/carseat adapter only come with the $159 2nd seat, it does get a bit stressful in making sure no parts are lost. Just forced me to be more aware of where I was putting things.
We flew to Disney, so we also got an opportunity to see how this stroller traveled. It folds very flat, with one seat on it is a little long. It's too wide to go through the airport scanner when folded so you have to go through a wheelchair line or a line you can wheel it through after they do their stroller pat-down. The child tray (purchased seperately) clips on to the frame but is large enough that it was hard for me to figure out what to do with it when leaving the stroller at the end of the jet bridge. I left it on the stroller for the flight and it came out still attached but did get a little scratched up. I was just happy it was still on the stroller. Again, main complaint with this is the locking mechanism for folding doesnt' seem to hold very well. When they took it off the plane on the way home the stroller was open, so the lock obviously didn't hold. We checked the 2nd seat as luggage along with our carseat. Not sure what we'll do when we need both seats for the airport, since it won't fold that way...
The stroller drives wonderfully. I am 5 weeks away from giving birth, and was able to push the stroller (38 lbs with both seats), my 30 lb daugher, and my 35ish lb niece without any problems. My mom and sister also drove it and said it was very easy. It turns very easily, and I used it with both the larger child in top and bottom seat. There was plenty of head room for my niece, although her legs were pretty bent. When she sat in the bottom seat facing backwards, though, she was able to stretch her legs out into the basket. She is past stroller age anyway, but I wanted to try it out to see how she would fit. My 2 yr old loved the stroller, and was climbing in and out by herself all week. The sun canopies are great, very large, which was useful in FL.
We only tried the seats a couple of ways, first with both facing forward, and then with them facing each other. The girls liked them facing each other, so that's how they stayed, but it was super easy to switch them around.
With both seats on there was plenty of room in elevators, no problems fitting through doors, and it never felt overly large. After seeing all the double strollers sitting in the hotel hallway because they wouldn't fit through the room doors I was very happy I got a tandem style.
I was very nervous about spending so much money on a stroller, but I think this was worth it. Aside from the folding complaint, I don't have anything negative to say about it. It's a great stroller! I would have gladly given it 5 stars if it weren't for the folding issue. After the next baby is born I'll add an update for the carseat adapter...
