Didn't work for us

We had read so many good things about the Ergobaby so was excited to know that there was an insert we could use for our newborn. Unfortunately, we could never figure out how to use the insert properly (directions were unclear) and our baby would always end up slouched in the carrier or her head would flop forward when she fell asleep. She was clearly very uncomfortable in the carrier because she cried every time we put her in! Wait to buy the Ergobaby until your baby is a bit older and don't waste your money on the insert.
